So, What is Coaching Anyway?

I am often asked, "what will you do?" In the past, this question was answered very easily. "I am a consultant, or I am a manager, or even, I am a human rights adviser." But now that I have a coaching and consulting business, I reply, "I am a coach and trainer, and people either respond with enthusiasm:" Oh, yes, my sister (aunt, mother, friend, etc.) a Coach embarrassed "or they look and ask," What does a coach do? Good coaches believe wholeheartedly in the ability of their clients, their unconditional support, their dreams, and are genuinely thrilled with success of their clients!
